This versatile barbell and dumbbell set is perfect for chest, biceps, arms, triceps and back muscles. It includes two 22 lb plates, four 11 lb plates, four 4.4 lb plates, four 2.8 lb plates, one barbell bar and two dumbbell bar and has a total weight of about 132.3 lb.
